Do not waste your money or time on any courses here. I was on a level 2 hairdressing course in Chiswick for a year and all I can say is that it was a colossal waste of time. Extremely disorganised management specifically the Chiswick branch manager and my tutor - 11 months into the course I was still not enrolled because of admin issues - and my tutor couldn’t care less if I learned anything or not. Don’t think any tutor is going to stand next to you and watch how you work to help you, teach you or guide you. It won’t happen. Week by week I went in to just hang out the whole day or I filled in workbooks with learning I did on my own from google and you tube videos. No course resources were made available throughout the year because they haven’t enrolled me, pointing fingers at each other to justify their failings, then they sent me a certificate for level 1 with a spelling error in my name and 12 months later, I couldn’t finish the course because I will still not enrolled. Unable to access my account I couldn’t upload my work to be assessed. So now I still have to finish the course because of their terrible administration. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The only good thing that happened to me during the one year is that I met some lovely people in the course who were equally as dissatisfied. This is not an academy. This is a poorly managed course where nobody really cares about you or your learning. Stay away!

I went in as a model and was blown away by my whole experience. I have been to some top salons and from the moment I was greeted by ruby till the moment I left I was given a 5 star treatment. Ruby is so highly skilled and managed to sort out the complete mess my hair was in from being absolutely destroyed by bleach. Her student Gilda was great and the instructions she was giving her allowed Gilda to do the most amazing job. Being a model I was expecting to be in there hours and for the whole experience to be shambles but it was so good. I highly recommend the public to make use of this service. There are going to be so many talented and up and coming hair dressers from ruby and I’m so grateful for her. Thank you

What an amazing place. I attended the salon after many years of home colouring and it was such a relaxing experience. I had a full head of highlights and was completely pampered. I was treated by a student with Ruby overseeing everything, I was so greatful to hear as she listened to me and provided some really good advice. I am definitely coming back for more as the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. It was such a professionally run salon that you would forget they are students, I was treated by Gilda and can't wait to go back.

I studied beauty therapy level 2 and level 3 at chiswick, its a great college to study in however the organisation is terrible. My certificates took forever to arrive and sent to the wrong address. This has happened to alot of students, some haven't received their certificates at all. Please be warned as there are alot of internal issues!!

Ruby and her team are the loveliest! They take all the time to understand what you're looking for and then give you the hair cut, colour and style of your dreams! You'll literally walk out of this salon feeling totally gorgeous!

I stumbled upon this hair academy in Chiswick entirely by accident, thinking it was a regular hair salon. To my surprise, it's actually a training academy for aspiring hairstylists. Despite my initial confusion, I was warmly welcomed by an amazing gentleman (I believe the manager) who quickly understood my situation and arranged an emergency wash and dry for me 😁, Anna, one of the talented students, took care of my hair with great care and professionalism.

Of course, since it's a school, there are a few details that could be improved, but considering the circumstances, they did an outstanding job. 5 stars for the incredible effort and to give you all more power for the future ✨ Keep up the great work!

Very very rude attitude towards the customer. Especially Rubi she was polite to white customer but rude to and bullying to to me as asian, and all because I asked If I can have different hairdresser as Getta was not sure what to do with my hair, amd then ridiculed me with Rubi telling her good luck for me. I lost confidence in her to do my hair. Rubi came amd insulted me by her rude behaviour and words telling me to leave and go to salon infront of everyone. Very unprofessional.
