I have been going to LDJ fitness for 3 years now and it has changed me completely! With the help and support of trainers I have become fitter and stronger! Learning to run and achieve things at my age (53) I never thought possible such as fell running and even completing a relay stage on Man V Horse (google it! ) the classes are awesome, something I have never experienced any where else! The spin classes are amazing with disco lights and great tunes! The whole vibe of the place is something you need to experience! I just love it and what the people and the place have done for me I will be eternally grateful!

I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. James is a wonderful trainer who really cares about your progress. He pushes you to do things you didn’t think were possible. He has helped me greatly over the last few months to achieve things I could never have done a year ago. I have recently also started attending some of his classes which are equally as good with all of the other clients being really kind and supportive.

James has been my PT for 18 months now and although it sounds a bit dramatic, it’s been life changing for me. I have tried and failed many times to get fit, joining various gyms and trying every diet going and this is the only thing that’s worked - something I enjoy and something that feels sustainable. I have 2 sessions a week and never know what to expect other than to be pushed to my limit whilst being encouraged by James every step of the way. It’s never boring and the classes/bootcamps are brilliant too - everyone is really friendly and they want you to do well. . i now have the confidence to try new things, wear clothes that I never thought I’d be able to fit into and I’m the healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been. I can’t recommend James/LDJ Fitness highly enough so give them a try, you won’t regret it.

James’ classes are full of energy and are different every time. He is a great motivator, keeps you on your toes and is very supportive. I would highly recommend anyone trying his classes. Once you start though it’s highly addictive!

So you want to be strong, fit and healthy then this is the gym to be in. You can choose from circuits, bootcamps, boxing, Thai boxing,weights- basically whatever you want! There are classes where everyone is very friendly but also a competitive element if that's what you want! Also 1:1 PT available for any level of fitness . Be warned- you WILL get addicted to training with James and you WILL see results 💪
