Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning

This is a haven! You wouldn't believe you're metres from a London Borough, it's so relaxing and peaceful yet there's so much to do. Climbing, abseiling, mountain biking, farm, caving, fencing, archery, kayaking, swimming, zip wire and more. The instructors are great and I especially recommend the adventure academy school holiday club

Please support this fabulous Farm, Adventure activitie and Outdoor education venue. It's brilliant and we need places like this, particularly for our children, their understanding of how they work, build confidence and how the world (natural and farming) around them works.

Beautiful place to spend the day, so much to see and do! The whole place is maintained well and staff are so kind and helpful.

Attended the open day today. My son loved it. The farm animals, the Kayaking, the ropes, the tunnels, the zip wire, the climbing walls etc etc. Fantastic. Will be back.

It was really good but the tent was a bit dirty but the activities were amazing and fun

Thank you for hosting the Eastern Cyclocross event. You have a lovely facility. The toilets were really clean and all the equipment looks great.

Lambourne End was such an awesome experience! I went there with my special needs students and the children loved it! The outdoor learning and activities were so engaging and despite the special needs of the children they could engage. The Lambourne team assigned to my school- Kiera, Catherine, Sim, Andrew were absolutely brilliant! They were very patient and understanding and supported the children to have the best experience possible. We had sensory trails where the children explored the woods and it was so much fun exploring blindfolded! The bushcraft session was lovely too and we had an open fire with wood collected by the children. We made yummy popcorn in the fire which the children enjoyed. There was also the horse drawn carriage activity that most of the children engaged with. I learnt that Bob the horse is just one finger width taller than Rosie the pony! Or is it the other way round? My favourite activities were the climbing and zip wire activities. It was so encouraging to see the children master their fears and try it out. Well that's what I think anyway. I had to master my fears and it was exhilarating to whizz down the zip wire and climb up so high! The farm too was lovely and it was interesting to see the children engage with the animals. Lambourne End is the place to go for fun and learning outdoors. It's in London and not far out. Lovely facilities and very professional and courteous staff. The instructors were so informative and I learnt so much. I will plan more outdoor learning and activities with my class! I definitely will be going back with my family and friends. I do highly recommend the place! I had a fantastic 3 days there!

I attended a festival here and it was such a lovely venue. Really well maintained and the whole thing was nice and low key. We especially enjoyed swimming in the pool.
