Fantastic and professional class, I've been going for several months now. Laura immediately made me feel welcome and does not hesitate to explain in detail all the Krav techniques until every person in the class has learnt it successfully, not only her but all her colleagues as well, if you want to learn efficient and practical self defence this is the place to join. Laura came and did a one-off session for my youth group, and they loved it! It's not easy to get a group of 25 7-10 year olds to pay attention but she handled them brilliantly, teaching them self defense techniques and how to attract help in a dangerous situation in a way that was appropriate for their level. Every one of the kids got some individual attention and she even adapted the session to incorporate elements of our own curriculum. I would 100% recommend her for both adult and children sessions.

When we decided to organise a self-defence session for our Explorer Scouts at 2nd Molesey, we chose krav maga because it’s a practical, real-world discipline and we chose Krav Generation because they work with kids on a regular basis.
Laura talked me through some ideas for the session on the phone a few weeks in advance, so I was confident it would suit our needs.
On the day, Laura and Andrew delivered a session that was very focused, practical and useful, but a lot of fun too. It involved learning-games, explanations, demonstrations and plenty of hands-on practice in pairs or small groups.
The session was geared towards dealing with the mostly likely real-world scenarios young people might actually encounter, so we learnt techniques for deterring an attack, blocking punches, disabling an attacker, defending against a knife attack (using training knives) and breaking free from an attempted strangle.
Laura also explained the importance of shouting to alert anyone nearby and escaping from danger as soon as possible.
Our Explorers must have gone home buzzing, because we got a stream of positive feedback from their parents on our WhatsApp group after the session.

I've been taking classes with Laura for a few years now, and with good reason! This is a great group with an even split of men and women, very welcoming of beginners and experienced practitioners alike, with a strong focus on practical defense techniques. And a great laugh as well. The instructors are great, they really know their stuff and always take care to make sure everyone is up to speed. Give it a try! You have nothing to lose, and the things you learn could save your life one day.

Training with the amazing instructors at Krav Generation has no doubt been the best thing I've ever signed up for. The sessions have not only helped build my confidence but have also provided a support network of wonderful new friends. Each session has the ability to push you but you're never forced to do something you're not comfortable with. I would 100% recommend Krav Generation to anyone thinking of taking up Krav Maga!!
