Alex has done an amazing job creating Kinetic Barn - it’s a lovely space to train in, with pretty much every piece of equipment you could ever need! I have been training with Alex twice a week for over two years with the aim of getting stronger and fitter and have definitely achieved that. I also do regular group classes with Alex, Becky and Kirsty - they are well structured so you push yourself without really realising you are but everyone can go at their own pace and are a lot of fun and everyone is very friendly. I have never not been enthusiastic to go a PT session or a class which I think is testament to what a great place Kinetic Barn is.

Alex and Becky have created an amazing space in which to work out individually or as part of a group. They are both highly experienced PTs who pride themselves on tailoring the sessions to your exact needs and their passion for fitness and their positivity is clear. They love what they do. Alex - best personal trainer I have ever been trained by! I arrived with some injuries from wear and tear and over use but Alex has created programmes to work on strengthening, stretching and conditioning and I’m feeling stronger, fitter and more balanced than I have in years. Kinetic Barn is a great set up.

Alex is a phenomenal trainer - he has a knack of very quickly identifying the areas that you really need to work on, and organises intuitive, challenging and fun sessions, which really hit all the key issues - balance, strength and flexibility, and every minute of the workout is accounted for.
