I could not speak highly enough of Hirst Developments. On meeting Chris, I knew we had found our main contractor and did not even put our full rebuild project to tender. Throughout the whole consultancy and build, Chris and his team were continuously proactive, prompt, honest, and highly effective. The result is the house of our dreams delivered to plan and on budget. You will not find a more trustworthy and capable building firm.

Chris and the team at Hirst developments undertook a major extension to our house including a new kitchen, a new garage with gym above and hot tub. I was absolutely delighted with the results - very high quality work and Chris is a real pleasure to work with (as are his team). He is super conscientious, kept us well informed, highly trustworthy and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anybody. We’ve had multiple building projects over the years and this was the lowest stress and highest quality one we’ve ever had.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough. Their work is excellent and their professionalism really stands out. I have engaged Hirst Developments on two occasions already and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

Most recently, they did a full renovation of my home and landscaped the front and rear gardens. Communications were outstanding throughout the build: Chris was responsive to any questions I had and also proactive about providing me with project updates. Equally importantly, Chris was really clear up front about costs and so there were no surprises at the end of the project.

Chris and his team have been amazing for us over the last two years. First of all they built our kitchen extension then remodelled both our back and front gardens. They have also designed and built an office area and fitted flooring for us. The work completed has been to an extremely high standard throughout and nothing was too much trouble for any of the guys. Chris and his guys built a brilliant car port for us, he came up with some great ideas we hadn’t thought of which maximised the space we had. The quality of workmanship, professionalism and friendliness of Josh, Tyrone, Billy and Richard was a credit to the company. We were so pleased with the guys we had them re-render the house, again a 1st class job and the results make the house look fantastic . Chris and his team built us a car port and then re rendered the house which included a large amount of repair work too. I am writing this review from a women’s perspective to give confidence around the amazing work ethic of the whole team. Throughout the work I never felt there was any undue mess . Each day everything was swept and kept tidy. The guys were so friendly and caring to have around . I had 100% confidence in what they were doing and the results were better than my expectations. I am happy to recommended Chris to friends and family .My cousin had her house rendered by Chris after seeing our house and she too was very happy. Chris and team are now starting doing inside work on our staircase and we cannot wait to see the results .

Brilliant job by Chris Hirst and his team making a level parking area outside our home which wasn't without it's challenges. We are really pleased with the end result. The men were punctual and worked very hard. Communication was good throughout.
