Chris and Abigail did a fantastic job of drawing up a detailed, well-written and easy-to-understand 'Discovery Phase' research report needed for developing my app. They took the time to carefully listen to my vision so that they could fully understand the needs of the project, which meant the technical solution they later proposed within their report turned out to be the perfect fit. I needed help refreshing the look of an application that I designed, I had a great consultation with Louis Evans of Hatless studios. I felt very at ease that he understood our project and his knowledge went beyond what we required, the project was finished before the due date and I was over the moon with what was presented to me, very highly recommend them and I will use them again in future.

Thank goodness for Hatless! The work I had in mind required someone with insight on how to interpret just the right amount of technical capabilities as well as intuitive working practices. The design team did a fantastic job of the logo design for my business. They combined elements of the design brief in a way that was even better than what I had imagined. They were extremely accomodating with my requests for updates to the first draft and handled the whole project extremely professionally.
