There is an abundance of information to learn in the textbooks. This course does a fantastic job focusing on the most pertinent information needed to pass the state exam. Their systematic approach to learning is extremely valuable. The instructor was quite entertaining and did an incredible job at giving insightful ways to remember the material, and specifically 'how' to approach each test question. Even though it's more expensive than other courses...it was worth every penny, in my opinion.

I loved taking both my pre and post licensing courses here. Laura and Lee made the classes enjoyable and came up with many entertaining ways to help us retain the information, they were a lot of fun to listen to. I passed my state exam on my first try, the material that you get from the class is extremely useful. Even after having to wait a very long time to take my test after passing the pre licensing course, I was able to do extremely well on the state exam because of the material- side note: they tell you to schedule your state exam before you start your class- listen to them. I highly recommend this school and will continue to use them in the future

Excellent experience! Took the real estate course in person. Choose the one week option. Also choose the extra study session. Passed both the school test final and the state licensing exam in the first try. So much law and math, and many legal terms you’ll need to learn- but once you have your license, you’ll get the real world schooling you’ll need to be a successful agent. I highly recommend this school. FREI teaches you what is needed to pass the test. Instructor was great. Customer service when calling has been amazing, and i still call every two years to verify classes needed to maintain my license. It was 7 years ago when I became licensed in the state, and have only purchased their post licensing courses instead of going elsewhere. Well worth the money. Good luck!

Instructor Roy Brewer is absolutely sensational with his expertise in teaching, along with his fantastic wit & humor, which makes this course so easy to understand & get through! In addition, Dr. Boatwright, along with his incredible & amazing staff, are on hand to make sure your Real Estate experience is far superior to anything else on the market! If Real Estate is your dream as it was mine, this is the one-stop shop where you need to go & nothing out there compares to it in any way, shape or form! I am not one to leave reviews, but my experience is this company shows a strong desire for their students to succeed. Roy Brewer was the instructor for the class and I found him to be easy to understand, as well as very thorough. Don't do as I do...take the exam shortly after passing the class! However, I am a single mom with little time for even the necessities, and with a full time job and a move to another city, I waited until the last minute to take the state exam. Through the move, paperwork, offer of exam reviews, etc., the office was extremely kind and helpful. I did pass the exam on the first try (I believe due to the method of teaching) and I'm looking forward to these new opportunities. Thankyou, Florida Real Estate Institute, for a positive and successful experience.

BEST class I've ever taken. Steven Walt was my instructor and he was entertaining, informative and down right perfect. Passed the broker state exam on the first attempt. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I WILL be taking as many classes as I can from this school. If you want to learn the material in the correct way with a dash of real world information thrown in to keep with you through out your career, then take your classes here!
