I have had a great experience learning with firm training. All of the team members I have had contact with have been professional, helpful and dedicated.
Firm Training provides great learning materials that help you to progress in a logical manner that stretches and encourages you. There is plenty of time to get used to education again if, like me, it's been a few years since you've studied! The materials allow you to use knowledge previously gained on the course and build onto it by adding new information and associated topics.
The online materials are written in a way you can understand and don't leave you feeling lost or confused. Even if they do, you can contact the team and they can put you back on course.
The course encourages you to add to your knowledge by further researching topics, guiding you on where to look and what sources to use.

I have really enjoyed this course and would recommend it to anyone who would like to access a healthcare degree but doesn't have the right qualifications. Like all good courses it has left me with the desire to learn more but at the same time feeling confident to progress further with my career goals.

Thanks to all at Firm Training for their support and encouragement. It really does make all the difference and makes the seemingly impossible, possible!

The best online education experience so far. All course information, tutors response and advice, academic support to resources, was relevant till the end of course and during my university interviews . I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I am currently studying in one of the best universities in UK and still referring to the useful notes from my lectures at Firm Training. Firm Training is comprised of highly competent individuals who are ready to solve any doubts or issues that may arise during the course as they're highly interested in you succeeding and achieving your goals. I did an access course with Firm training. I found them to be amazing. They were supportive no matter what silly question I may have asked. The tutor I had was encouraging and gave great feedback on each piece of work I submitted.

Yes the course is slightly expensive, (not as bad as competators tho may i add), and demanding, (that's what you get for doing 2 years work in 1), however it was worth every penny and every stressing out moment I had to receive the certificate at the end.
Things you want in life are worth working hard for...arnt they?

The bad reveiws have honestly shocked me as I have nothing but good words to say about the course I did.

I chose to study an access course ready for admission to a Midwifery degree. I found the course and company both professional and supportive. My chosen course allowed a breadth of study with the aid of the firm team who provide great communication throughout. I would recommend firm training if you want to study in your own time with a friendly supportive team.
