Explore Learning has been really positive for my 7year old son who has an ASD diagnosis. He was struggling in school, which really affected his confidence. From day one, the tutors have been welcoming and supportive. He has made fantastic progress academically, but more importantly has regained his confidence.

I decided to take my girls to explore after receiving their reports from their teachers. Both girls lacked confidence and were weak in Maths and english. Also, my youngest one was weak in her handwriting skills. Nearly a year after and my girls are doing amazing at school, their progress has changed massively. This is all because of explore and the extra support they recieved. The staff are very friendly and my kids enjoy going there. When i pick up my girls, I get a card and they explain what they have been doing in that session. Love the lizard cards as they definitely motivate my kids to attend the session.

In February at parents meeting my youngest daughter's teacher said that her hand writing isnt great and she needs to improve. I decided to add creative writing as an additional session and it was so worth it because after 2 months her teacher is very impressed with the improvement in handwriting. I can now read what she writes.

Two of our children (9 and 5) have been going to Explore Learning at Bradley Stoke for almost a year. First of all, they both enjoy the experience and that seems to be the case with other children there as well. The facility is good, and tutors are attentive, courteous and well qualified. We take our kids there for 2 sessions every week, and the sessions are broken into 3 or 4 different activities, with focuses on maths, writing and reading, with the difficult level constantly adjusted according to the target set and child's performance.

We also have quarterly parent meetings to review the progress and set new targets accordingly, and we have found these very informative and useful. At the moment, our 9 year old is in Y4, but is consistently doing well on Y6/7 maths problems, and our 5 year old is also improving on her phonics and maths.

As such, it offers them the challenge they need and also builds their confidence. The have overall performed really well at school, and I think the sessions at the Explore Learning Bradley Stoke have contributed to that.

In addition, we can do shopping during the sessions, so we have found this very useful and can highly recommend it.
