I have used Eagle Training for 20 years in many businesses and every time I use Ian and his team I am blown away with their professional approach and passion for training and developing teams.
Every time their courses are tailored to my requirements, and every time the delegates feedback to me that it's the best training they've ever been on.
Ian's technique of ensuring senior management buy-in before the course starts, and then regular meetings with delegates and managers after each session ensures that what is learnt actually sticks and is used by the delegates.

Great personal service, excellent delivery of training keeping you engaged at all times. No death by PowerPoint or sending you to sleep. All documentation is firstly class. Lots of other training companies follow a script. Ian from Eagle training just lets it roll. A man with huge number of life experiences relating to your training. Ian has got a massive personality and charisma that makes Management training and coaching courses a pleasure to attend. I’ve been fortunate to attend 2 different course with Eagle training in two different business’s. Highly recomended for anyone requiring their training and coaching courses.
Always answers the phone after you have finished your course as well. How many do that?

For anyone new to management or leadership roles i could not recommend Eagle Training highly enough.

The material and more importantly "how" it was delivered not only helped me during my course but continues to help me to this day.

The training was well thought out with the right balance of evidence based material, open conversation and group discussion. Each topic in isolation added to my knowledge but also inspired me to remain constantly learning throughout my career.

Eagle training is effective. It makes an immediate impact on the delegates. The training modules are built to address the personalities of the delegates, which is essential.
It is character building as well as enjoyable. I personally loved the training and will be looking to have more of my staff attend.

I'm never a huge fan of training myself and feel that it is all just a waste of time and waffling! Eagle training however are FAR FROM THAT!! I can say without a doubt that skills and ideas which I learned through ET courses have been of huge benefit both in my academic, social and work life. They have taught me to look at things in different ways, not right or wrong, just different. I was even fortunate enough to be able to attend a session where Ian was working in London and I was so interested that I asked to go along! I had to take a day off of work but it was so worthwhile (even Ian's jokes)! I would never hesitate to recommend these fabulous trainers for their professionalism and quality of training but more because they are genuinely fantastic guys who have been through stuff themselves and who can relate to people on all levels!
