I've added this review mainly to counter the comments that have been left.

I am a qualified Specialist in SpLDs, have professional membership with this guild, and have completed several of their training courses. The information they provide is current and considered best practice. Staff have only ever been helpful and well-informed. The Guild's courses have accredited status - it simply isn't possible for them to be low quality. It should probably be noted that many of their courses have had a refresh since 2018.

Very low quality training provider. I had a member of staff begin a training course with them and the quality and approach were incredibly poor. After complaining I eventually spoke with somebody who was the owner, or had just bought the company or something like that, but unfortunately either they weren't able or motivated to resolve the issue.
Having seen some of the correspondence from one of their 'tutors' it was a pedagogical approach that has long since been left behind and for good reason. I guess this company either doesn't supervise their tutors effectively or isn't concerned about the quality they provide as trainees must pay in advance.
Following that shambles that was this company, masquerading as a charity, we used one of our local authorities to complete the training. It was professional, knowledgeable and accountable. In all honesty you often get what you pay for in life and this is no exception.

Terrible training provider. Rude staff, who do not support the trainees. Money making service with difficult to navigate online portals. The attitude of the tutors is below par and I will report the service to the ombudsman, DFE and other relevant regulatory bodies.
