Digital Solutions, has been a god send, as I have had major issues with my website and I have gone to my web developer to get help with little avail, and it is Digital Solutions who have come to my aid and have assisted me with my website issues. They are an amazing team who go above and beyond to fix help, support, and advise. I am extremely grateful to their founder and CEO Rob, who is brilliant. He knows exactly what help and support to give and, most importantly, whatever solutions to implement to resolve the issue.

I had a year with Rob Steadman at Digital Solutions, mostly a good, inspiring and motivating experience. BUT I regret handing over £2000 for work that never happened for Harmony Radio to appear on Google Play and Apple apps. No work was done, no refund, The website was completed but poor quality and design. Our design brief was not included; the overall design was terrible and poorly executed, we paid a monthly fee but they agreed after 6months that we didn't need to pay this as the work tailed off. Rob is likeable but he's definitely NOT a web designer as the overall look of the website was was messy. They did manage to include us on Amazon's Alexa platform for £70 which was great but they used an old logo which remains today and the callout to Alexa was incorrect, so for 10months it was very difficult to hear the audio. This was particularly frustrating as many hours were spent trying to fix the issue. Digital Solutions didn't take ownership of the mistake which was disappointing and frustrating. Over all we got a few things done, some good Digital Marketing Ideas were and are being implemented but looking back over the year, Rob at Digital Solutions was likeable, well meaning but didn't always know what he was doing and not very good on important detail. Do NOT handover any money upfront! Get the work done first!

I run a fire door installation and testing company. I went to Digital Solutions and spoke to the team. My issue was i was spending two days a week doing paper work, my team would complete a spread sheet, take pictures on site and email them to me to complete the reports and certificates for my clients (2 long days). I had tried 3rd party software but it was not quite right for me. The team at digital solutions put together the Fire Survey System app, now all I do on a Friday is click download, so all I do now is spend 30 mins invoicing my clients.
