Sky TV Support Service is a complete scam - more accurate rating is 0 stars - they collect your payments until a problem arises with the dish and then cancel it - avoid at all costs!!

After subscribing to the Sky TV support for over 10 years, for the first time in a while the service visit required actually checking the satellite dish which meant the engineer needed to bring a ladder to get on the roof.

Instead, customer service informed me that due to 'new health and safety provisions' it's no longer possible to access my roof. So they are cancelling my service.

How many years have I been paying for a service that the company knew it could not support in the hope that they could continue to collect my subscriptions until an actual satellite dish problem occurred

I should be refunded all costs paid since the 'health and safety provisions changed' but have no expectation the company will do anything of the sort.

Very sorry I didn't go with Sky's support contract.
