After running an apprenticeship program for a few years now we have finally struck gold with Digital Native and the way they do things. Although we've not got an apprentice through their qualifications process just yet, they are all on the right track. We're kept informed of all progress and requirements and I know exactly who to go to if I have a question. We've had some negative experiences in the past with other providers due to lack of communication and accountability but Digital Native are top of the game.

Really excellent company, they provide an excellent insight in how the IT industry works and provide you with all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. They helped me improve my confidence in talking to customers and helped me find my current workplace where I am currently completing my level 4 in software testing. Probably the closest thing you will get to silicon valley in the UK. Great directors who genuinely have your interest at heart as long as you put the work in. Exciting place especially for aspiring data scientists and software engineers. It has a start-up environment so if you like fast paced environment it comes with definitely the place to be. Best decision I ever made to join these guys!

If you focus and double down on being the best in whatever you're doing, in 3+ years you're easily on six-figures. If you approach this place with a 9-5 mindset (or anywhere for that matter) you will either fail or get a mediocre outcome.

I learnt alot about communication, DevOps, testing, code management and generally how to deploy an application/solution. I also got to explore the mathematics behind alot of machine learning algos and most importantly choosing the right tool to extract valuable information from large datasets. Currently certified EMC Data Scientist and on-route the Data Science course by Harvard.
