I had the most amazing experience with digital converters recently. SO impressed! I tried my vhs tapes in a vhs player and found they would not play on my tv. Sent a few tapes off to this company and I was not even sure the tapes could be recovered as they hadn't been stored perfectly and are 25+ years old. They came out PERFECTLY. The tracking service and communication is great, could not fault this company. Once the tapes were successfully converted, they promptly and safely returned them to me. I would highly highly recommend, 5 STARS!!!!!!

I was not sure what to look for with regards to converting a VHS recording from 2003.

I went local using Digital Converters.

I cannot vouch for any conversion techniques with all the Time Based Correction etc, what I can say is the following.

From the beginning of the process until the return of my tape & digital copy, I was kept informed and confident that my tape would be correctly cared for and as good a copy of it would be made within a reasonable time and cost. This was true. The conversion was complete in a few days and the tape returned in great condition.

I delivered and collected my tape. The process was controlled by an online system and it works very well.

I am confident to recommend this company for your VHS conversions and will use them again in the future.

Such a great service.

I received the tapes back the day after the files went on the cloud. I also downloaded the digital versions and we binge watched the 8 files all day Saturday. We really enjoyed looking at our old memories. These tapes were 25 years old and transferred extremely well. We played the digital files on our main 42” TV and the quality was amazing. I shall be sending some 40 year old VHS tapes next!

If only all businesses were this good! Excellent communications. I placed an order over the weekend. Internet problems meant I paid twice (Not DCs fault) but Digital Converters responded on the weekend and sorted everything out very quickly. A great service with superb digital copying results. I received my tape back promptly and, can I just say, thank you for doing such a great job (although I am sure for you it's just all in a days work!). I watched the entire thing, for the first time in 19 years, and was flooded with both nostalgia and cringe all at once!
