We wasted over $US7000 with this company. We were promised bespoke work and they used nothing but templates we could have used ourselves at no charge.

Of course a refund was completely out of the question.

If you are looking for child's play type development/web work I guess they are ok. If you want something that requires talent, look elsewhere!!

After speaking with the sales team, we took up their offer of a free design preview for our site. Being pleased with the look and layout of the design, we decided to proceed. The design specification template they provided allowed us to get across exactly what we required for our new site; and this was translated exactly into the final product. Everyone we dealt with at Digital Aptech was friendly and helpful; and the level of service received was far above the cost involved.
