Dawny's Nursery & Pre-School

Dawny's is simply a fantastic environment for children! All staff are knowledgeable, friendly, constructive, and pro-active in their approach which as a parent is exactly what you need! My daughter absolutely loves going, has improved her confidence, improved her independence and eats & plays well! That is always a great sign of a child being comfortable within the environment. The communication is fantastic via the Famly app and also have access to iwatch web cam so you know your child is in safe surroundings. Well done team, keep up the great work! Would highly recommend!

Both my children attended Dawny’s and I couldn’t have asked for more. My daughter started at 11 months old and the team were so helpful in ensuring she transitioned into the setting well. The settling in process meant that they had a really good understanding of her needs and I felt really reassured. My son was 3 when he started and he transitioned from another setting. Again he loved his time in nursery he built amazing friendship with his peers and with the team. He was also so well prepared for starting school by he time he left. Both of the kids loved the extra activities, sports, music class and yoga which were all included in our fees. I also loved that they had access to the soft play while they were at nursery.

Dawny's is a great place to send your little one, my daughter has been attending nursery since 3 months old. She loves all her teachers. They have made us feel welcome, such a friendly team. The staff are very knowledgeable, when it comes to the care and compassion of caring for children they are amazing. Thank you so much for all your hard work and support. Keep up the good work.

Dawny's has done my daughter the world of good! She loves it! She wasn't too happy at the childminders so was looking for a nursery as thought might improve how she was. She settled in really well, and even settled at the childminder better on the day she goes there. She seems to get on really well with the staff and is happy to go to them. Always smiling when I pick her up! I love how all the rooms have an outdoor space and utilised really well. They even have a soft play which the different rooms take turns in using. I really like the updates on what she's doing and what she's eating. It's a really good menu and she gets to try things I wouldnt make! Staff are really friendly and chatty and you can tell they really care about the children in their care. I would highly recommend Dawnys!

My daughter has loved going to Dawny’s and has had a great experience. Staff are approachable and really do care for the children. My daughter is always excited to go to nursery and is always learning new things . The staff are great with keeping me up to date with my child’s development which is lovely to see by sending pictures using the app of what they have been up to daily . I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Both my children have been part of the Dawny's family with my youngest having recently moved into the preschool room. What we have loved most is the home from home feel the nursery has, the staff are kind, caring and always go the extra mile to ensure the children feel happy and comfortable. We couldn't be happier with the care they have received over the years and the staff have always made us feel relaxed to leave our babies with them. I would always recommend Dawnys to anyone looking for a nursery.

My daughter has been at Dawny's since September, when funding kicked in, but has already come on leaps and bounds. We are 100% happy with our choice; staff are kind, supportive and nurturing, there is an app for communication, a live camera feed for reassurance, a great menu and plenty of activities for the children's daily enjoyment and development. As a working parent, I find the app is great and provides the perfect facility to easily communicate with staff, catch up on news and activities; it is regularly updated with news and photographs, policies etc. The children go outside in the main garden daily, as well as having their freeflow outdoor area. The easy car parking is an added bonus :)

Both my children attended Dawny's from around 5 months old. The whole experience was great. My children settled quickly and created some fantastic bonds with teachers there. Personally as a working parent I really liked the tracker app they used called famly. I felt like I was informed and it made picking up after a long day work quick and efficient. I couldn't rate the place higher enough and neither could my 2.
