I had an extremely disappointing experience with CurrentBody. I purchased a device that turned out to be faulty and, after over 11 emails and weeks of back-and-forth, I was sent a replacement. Shockingly, the replacement had the exact same charging issue. Despite providing videos, detailed explanations, and even testing multiple cables and adapters, the company showed no real intention to resolve the issue. Instead, they dragged the process out unnecessarily, wasting a significant amount of my time. This shows a lack of quality control and poor customer service for such an expensive product. I won’t be purchasing from them again and advise others to think twice.

I bought the CurrentBody Hair Regrowth Device. The device came with a Bluetooth function, which you CANNOT set password to or manage the connection. Recently my neighbour accidentally connected to my device (I live in a condo so I do not know which neighbour connected to my device), so whenever I used the device, it would play the content on my neighbour’s device and I couldn’t disconnect it. It’s so annoying so I connected with CurrentBody’s customer service (attached their response in the picture), but their response was useless. What they did was simply stating it’s not the device’s fault (can I ask whose fault is this then?) and providing some ridiculously stupid solution - they asked me to go to a room that the neighbour’s device would be out of range or talk to the neighbour to have their Bluetooth turned off lol. I can’t believe this is their solution for having such a stupid and unreasonable design. Also not to mention I haven’t noticed any improvement to my hair after using the device for consecutive 6 months. This device is such a ripoff. DOT NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered a IPL from there via the German website on Sunday, with express shipping for 1-2 days delivery time.
It's now Thursday and I haven't had an update. I wrote to them and Anna said it had been escalated to the correct department. No further information. I have emailed them twice since and no reply, including one where I have requested the express shipping costs to be credited because I have paid and not received the product within the stated timeframe.
I'm starting to think this is a scam as well.
Luckily I paid via Klarna so as soon as I can I will be registering this as a problem with them, at least that way I will be covered if currentbody doesn't get back to me and I never receive the goods which is what it's looking like. It's supposed to be a present for tomorrow...that's obviously not going to happen either. I told them this as well -

The reply from Currentbody came about 2 hours after I posted this. Oddly, less than an hour after I had posted this, I suddenly had a refund for the express shipping, a discount voucher of 15 euro for the future (which I will not be using) and an email saying it was going to be processed Asap. Shortly after I finally got confirmation it has been shipped. So apparently someone there is reading the correspondence after all, just not replying.
Edited the one star review to 2 stars as they have responded after all. Once the product is here I may amend again.
As to the comment on shipping times etc that Nikola mentioned in her reply to my review : if I pay for express shipping on Sunday, and it's meant to take 1-2 business days to be delivered I would expect a shipment notification by Tuesday at the latest. If it's not possible to uphold that timing, then informing the customer of delays should be the minimum done, particularly if they have contacted the company as to the status of the order.
Yes delays can happen and I wouldn't have complained IF I had gotten informed.
The website itself is easy to use, the offer the normal payment options that are widely offered.

I ordered their LED mask. Firstly, they use the worst shipping company available in the country. The shipping company notified that the order has been delivered when it actually has not. I have been trying to get in touch with the Customer Service of CurrentBody since a week now and I haven’t received any response. There is no contact number you can call and you are basically at their mercy of responding. I thought that CurrentBody is a reputed company but it seems dodgy to me that they have no proper Customer Service line. I’m not even sure if the product was shipped or is it all a scam?!

I bought the sodalite blue facial skin gym roller and the Led light mask. It was delivered in timely manner.
I have used the products a few times since, and they seem to be of good quality and value.
The customer services have been very helpful in sending the right product for me. I won’t have any hesitancy in recommending this products and company to everyone.
Thanks to the current body and I wish that they continue to maintain good customer services and good quality products.

Brilliant company! Have bought LED red light equipment. Very reasonably priced and the products are wonderful! Evri the courier that they use is first class - products are delivered within 2 to 3 days with no fuss. Will be using them again in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Myself bought current body LED mask few months ago, after first time used it, you can see the face skin glow straight away. 3 weeks ago bought another one to my mum as birthday gift. She is in her 70s, after a week used it, she feel her face skin more softer& smooth, nose bridge skin lines reduced visible, and easy to use, only 10 minutes a day. She is so happy with her birthday gift. Recommended to other friends as well. Thanks current body.

I purchased a couple of beauty devices at Current Body and love them! The website is clean and easy to use, and there’s always new tips about beauty. I receive e-mails when they have promotions, and also with tips on how to use the devices that I purchased!
I never had a problem with them, the shipping is always fast, and i never had a problem with the products that I purchased from them. I super recommend buying at their website!
