My personal life was in turmoil, one of the things was a house move .I contacted chess several times and was told someone would call me back which never happened.in my frustration I was not very polite on y sixth call and an hour later I was contacted by a gentleman named mark Hayes and he calmed me down and within a few calls and emails he sorted absolutely everything out to my satisfaction and also gave me some personal advice that turned out to my advantage. It was an an absolute pleasure dealing with this gentleman and he is a credit to your company.

Chris smith and Paul came to our site today after spending 2 days and wow there work performance and friendly approach was outstanding.

Been using Chess for my business for many years. It’s not the cheapest, but the service is excellent and we rarely have a problem with connectivity. I have just called them to raise a ticket, as I needed to divert calls from my office to my mobile due to a staff shortage. I spoke with Andrew Hudson to begin with and he was very knowledgeable and requested a call back. Within 5 minutes, I was called back by Michael Norton, who talked me through how to manage my diverts on the portal myself. Can’t fault this level of service!!

Issues with our phone lines. Called Chess - call answered very quickly. Spoke to Dean who was extremely helpful and friendly. Dean arranged for our calls to be diverted to a mobile so that we were still able to receive incoming calls.
