Was already quite familiar with a lorry loader, but never had my license. Wayne came and was excellent in talking through how to safely set up a crane. and be able to use it as safe as possible. No question was a stupid question, so it was always an environment where you were prepared to learn. Very knowledgeable and keen to help with the theory side if there was things you weren’t to sure about. Taught in a way where it was very easy to pick up and understand what he was explaining.
