The courses are informative and presentation is good. BUT the technology is so very poor. The number of times I've completed tasks & successfully passed assessments only to find that the results and a chunk of my learning progression has not been saved. This is happening to my colleagues, our line managers have better things to do that helping upset employees frustrated with this providers product.
