I do not recommend this training provider, as they are using misleading advertising for their training courses. They are extremely responsive until you'll enroll on their course. After this, they will lie to you again and again, and then they will ignore you and your queries, as they have an extremely poor customer service that comes from their poor corporate culture.
On their wesite they say that they are "A ‘people first’ training organisation, with a strong sense of corporate, social and ethical responsibility". There is nothing further from the truth than this statement. The only thing that they can provide instead of their highly promoted "accredited qualification programme" is a totally misleading programme, which will result in a total waste of time and money for you, and a total silence from their side when you are asking what's the reason for not fulfilling their promise according to their misleading advertising.
I attended their Construction Programme in Colchester between 1st August 2023 - 11th August 2023, advertised as "accredited", at the end of which you should have gotten your CSCS green card. After I finished the course, I sent several queries over a period of time of almost 2 months, and I have received only excuses, and then only silence from their side.
As my messages have remainded unaswered, as last resort I have chosen to contact them on their Facebook page. Instead of answering, they have blocked me on their social media page despite the fact that they are giving you their consent to tag them on social media.
Seems that blocking people to communicate with them when they don't like a negative review regarding their courses is actually their true "strong sense of corporate, social and ethical responsibility" that they have and promote, instead of understanding and addressing their inability to communicate and to solve the issues in a proper maner.
My advice regarding their training service is this: RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY, AS THEY WILL NOT FULFIL THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.

Done a 2 week course to gain my CSCS card with build skills.
This included health & safety, asbestos, burried services and retro fit.

The first day or two was full on paperwork and form filling which put a few people off but afterwards was a walk in the park thanks to Neil and Craig the tutors relaxed teaching method.
They made the effort to make sure everyone understood what they were learning and went the extra mile to ensure we we're confident before sitting our tests at the end of the week.
Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
