I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning the tuition class fees for my two children at Epsom tuition center.
I appreciate the quality of education and the commitment of the institution to the development of students. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, it has come to my attention that the center was closed. This situation has left me concerned about the fees that have already been paid for the current academic term. At the end of term, the schedule had turned into upside down and did not have enough tutor to carry on the lesson, that's why my children could not have their lesson.
In light of the closure, I kindly request a refund of the tuition fees paid for the remaining duration of the academic term, but the staff did not give me any response promptly and make the waiting aged.
I would kindly comment that it would be a lot of room to improve in their service and administrative operation.

However, I must respectfully express my disagreement with the information provided regarding the options presented to me by Rebecca. Contrary to the mentioned email, I was given the choice between attending lessons or a refund. I have kept records of our communication and would be happy to provide evidence to support my claim.

I understand the challenges associated with the closure of the Epsom centre and the subsequent changes in staffing. Nonetheless, transparency is crucial in maintaining trust. It's disheartening to see discrepancies in the information shared.
