My husband and I do couples training with Carlos at Boulay Fit and we cannot say enough amazing things about Carlos, the owners, and this gym in general. Carlos spends the time with you to curate a personalized workout and nutrition plan for you based on YOUR goals. His passion for health and fitness shines through in everything he does. He truly cares about his clients.

The gym has all of the equipment you need and more. It is a non judgmental, positive, uplifting space to better your health and fitness. No matter your level of fitness, this place has what you need and Carlos can get you there!

I have worked with many trainers before and I can say that I have never made more progress than I have in my time with Ashley and Austin. They listened to what my goals were and have created a plan to get me there, and I never feel my time spent at their gym has been wasted or sidetracked by things that aren't getting me to where I want to be. What I got is an effective program that is tailored to suit me, and not a cookie cutter routine. Even now after 8 months, they still throw me curve balls so that I never feel like I'm in a rut. I have some previous injuries, and they always have workarounds so that I'm strengthening the areas that I have trouble with to prevent further injury. I also like that they have experience in bodybuilding competitions themselves, and they live the lifestyle, they don't just preach it. They are both very personable and friendly as well as professional and they welcome everyone no matter what their level of fitness is. From the moment I stepped in for my initial consultation, I knew I had come to the perfect place for me, and I have no hesitation in recommending BoulayFit to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness and bodybuilding goals in a quick, safe and effective way.
