Thoroughly enjoying Body hub. Laura’s class is so much fun while getting an excellent full body workout (in the past I’ve never put fun and workout in the same sentence) As well as the classes I have been having PT with Spencer, I can’t recommend him enough, he’s knowledgeable and motivating.

I started going to the bootcamps a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved this place. Stefan and Spencer are both excellent trainers and the workouts are always varied so never doing the same thing two days in a row. Whatever your ability bodyhub carers for all and everyone is really friendly in the sessions.

Body Hub is the best gym in the area. I’ve increased my fitness and made some great friends. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable. I was welcomed back after having my second baby and made to feel at ease whilst getting used to full time exercise again. Thank you BH 💪🏻

Very cool new boutique fitness studio with a great concept. They have the top of the line SkillRun treadmills and offer dedicated running classes as well as a more traditional bootcamp style workout with the treadmill and bodyweight suspension training. The trainers are really friendly and professional and the atmosphere is great.

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a similar style class to what I had previously enjoyed in Manchester ( tribe and f45). I found body hub core on Google so thought I’d try it out. Really lovely and clean interior. Good energy and always feel amazing after the classes ! I now go weekly and really enjoy them. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone of any age, of any fitness ability !

I started going to the bootcamps at body hub in April last year to kick start my fitness - I loved the group work out format and started to feel great. I wanted to take it to the next step and joined the small group personal training sessions and saw great results from Stefan’s scientific approach and training plan!
