Unprofessional agency.

We started working with Bidnamice based on a promise that they would be able to improve our shopping campaigns.
After a 3 month period they were unable to get the campaigns up to even the lowest acceptable point. By itself this is not the biggest issue. Their method might not work for all accounts.

But after informing them that we decided not to continue with them they told us that they will start the offboarding procedure.

This basically consisted of cancelling all meetings, stopping all communication and, without informing us, stopping all campaigns in our google ads account.
