I hardly ever give 1 star reviews. I've only done so 1 other time besides this one. I believe in trying to understand a business and focus on their best qualities if at all possible because I understand that running a business is very tough work. With that in mind, I try my very best to honor a business's diligent efforts. I give poor reviews very sparingly.

This business will be one of those rare exceptions. It's primarily for the fact that they charge an absorbant amount ($15k when I looked into them last), but they fell short on delivery, and worst, they are unaccredited.

I highly recommend that you avoid this program if you're not already in an I.T. related career field that will lend itself to significant connections for a future cybersecurity job. When I was a student, this program didn't have a certified curriculum, which meant the requirements for the study course and its completion were a constant moving target. That's when I realized the big mistake I had made. The founder is not accredited as an educator, and this became very apparent throughout the coursework. This is an important credential when one runs an expensive course because it means they can understand how to make knowledge appropriately available to various types of students and will be able to offer some sort of foundational accreditation that students can show for their time investment. The investment benefit flows one way only... toward the academy. Accreditation also guarantees future employers they are getting a student with a standard set of knowledge and skills.

Additionally, platform access was changed several times while I was there... this was a huge red flag of an unstable program. Programs with a proven ironclad curriculum will properly prepare students for a future in cybersecurity (particularly those without experience, as it boldly claims). They made many bold claims and promises that I found they soundly fell short to uphold alongside consistent evidence. You would be putting a lot of money and full faith in a program that can't guarantee success, let alone give you a certification which guarantees at the minimum, you received a sufficient knowledge base from which to make a successful career (particularly for those without I.T. experience). I highly recommend you save your money for an accredited program that you'll have something legitimate to show for your time and financial investment from a course to a future employer. Trust me, it's worth it.

BEWARE !!!!!!!!! This program is nothing short of a scam. They charge $15000 for essentially teaching from a manual published by the PCI council that you can download for free. I wasted my time and money and learned nothing that I couldn't do on my own. As others stated, this is not an accredited institution. They will talk an amazing game but you'll be getting scammed. Don't give your money to them. I'm thousands of dollars in debt for nothing. A lot of the positive reviews are from their employees or paid reviews.

This program came at the perfect time for me as I was seeking a new challenge and potential career change. While the program allows for some flexibility in pacing, both my advisor and fellow students consistently encouraged me to push myself. The more I learned, the more I looked forward to quizzes, tests, and the deeper parts of the course.

My success advisor, Danielle C., took over my team unexpectedly early in the program. Despite not starting with us, she didn't hesitate to fully engage. She revamped our meeting format to focus on highlighting positive progress, addressing general questions about the program or career, and providing one-on-one support for any additional concerns.

Danielle's advice always felt genuine, and she responded promptly to questions. Her willingness to schedule individual sessions at the end of group sessions was instrumental in my success in completing the program's courses. I hope to have her guidance if I am accepted into the internship.

I enrolled in Baxter Clewis Academy with high hopes of launching a successful Cybersecurity career. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations. The program's curriculum, while focused on PCI, lacked the depth and hands-on application necessary for real-world roles. The advertised promise of six-figure positions without prior experience proved to be misleading.

The program's structure was disorganized, with multiple staff changes causing confusion and setbacks. Furthermore, the absence of a certification at the conclusion of the course is a significant oversight. Given the substantial financial investment, I anticipated a more comprehensive and valuable educational experience.

The academy's claims of providing access to all materials were inaccurate, as additional fees were required for new content. This resulted in unexpected and ongoing expenses. Moreover, the program's financial structure, involving high monthly payments, places a considerable financial burden on students long term. Do your research and be cautious before spending thousands on this program!

All the courses offer plenty of gems. If you are a beginner or wanting to advance your career I. Cybersecurity, Baxter Clewis is the way to go! I recently completed a course at Baxter Clewis Training Academy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite their promises, the academy failed to deliver on key commitments made to both me and my fellow students. The training was not up to the expected standard, and the overall quality was lacking. Given the high cost of the program, the value received did not meet the expectations set. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Baxter Clewis Training Academy to anyone. There are certainly better options available that offer more for your money.
The training on PCI DSS was particularly disorganized, making it difficult to follow and ultimately failing to justify the significant cost. Moreover, the academy did not deliver on their promise of providing interview opportunities, leaving many of us unprepared and frustrated. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set by the academy, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The price paid was not reflective of the value received, and there are better options available elsewhere

I joined the program 9/2021, expecting to secure a six-figure role within six months. Despite following the program outline, attending all live calls, and making significant sacrifices, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The program promised hands-on experience but fell short. Success coaches lacked depth in PCI material, often reciting information without practical application. When I asked questions, I was directed to the Slack community, which made me uncomfortable and led to countless hours of self-study.

Project availability was delayed for months, and when projects finally appeared, I received no feedback, and they disappeared without follow-up. This inactivity contradicted my commitment and hindered my progress.

The program's structure and delivery did not justify the $10,000 cost

The Baxter Clewis Cybersecurity Academy is by far the best learning curriculum I have ever come across. This is coming for someone who has three degrees. The style of teaching is nothing that I have ever seen before. As a result, learning was fun and interactive, while actually retaining the information.

My Success Coach Danielle was absolutely amazing! She was there for me every single step of the way. She answered questions when I had them and provided study material for specific areas I struggled in. I could not have asked for a better Success Coach.
