Ben has been fabulous in meeting my needs! Very friendly. Always works hard to ensure that the workout program works for you, taking care to make notes throughout the session in order to make future improvements. As someone who goes to the gym as a necessity rather than a love, Ben is great at explaining why I am doing certain moves as well as trying to make it fun, and he does. I demanded games and he delivered. Incredibly patient and professional, I would highly recommend Ben as a PT for anyone, whatever your gym goals are.

Started PT with Ben back in dec 22. It’s been brilliant at ensuring I can carry on doing all the team sports I love by keeping me strong, fit and most importantly injury free. I have a lot less aches and niggles now too. Ben changes it up to suit how strong or not I am feeling and is good at adapting the sessions as we go. It’s also fun. Highly recommended.

Great interaction with me as a client and great sessions with an obvious plan that is suited to me. With me carrying an injury also works really well around me and how my body is feeling. Always finish a session feeling positive
