I was an experienced operator but I wanted to make sure I'm up-to-date on all the changes in regulations, so I decided to take a forklift training refresher course. It's not like before when you could just go out and buy a machine without any experience or knowledge of how it should be operated. Passing my first time with such high marks is great for me and my employer because it shows that I care about being safe and following the rules as well as keeping our workplace efficient. I had intensive training where we covered everything from lifting techniques to carrying items safely according to height restrictions, working around pedestrians, corners, pillars etc., battery safety precautions, loading/unloading procedures as well as parking considerations. Very in-depth and highly recommended.

I had heard of the course, but never thought I would actually need it. My job as a warehouse worker was going great and then, suddenly, we switched to a new company that used forklifts instead of pallet trucks. They told me they were training me for my position and that I should go take this course so I'm ready when they give me my own truck or at least have some idea what to do with it. I got a forklift training course through ATraining Forklift Courses in Burnley and I'm very pleased with the results! The instructor was great, and they were able to teach me everything I needed to know about how to operate one. If you're looking for a forklift training course, definitely go with these guys.
