Working with All in the Loop couldn’t have been a better experience. From building content to execution during our event, Lawrence and team were responsive and open to any and all updates we needed to give our attendees the best virtual experience possible. While we threw a lot of requests their way, All in the Loop was always accommodating to our needs and built features into the platform that created a one-stop-experience for our attendees. We recently used the platform. It was easy to navigate and had some useful features. It is the first virtual event we have hosted. We were given enough training for our team and sponsors to be comfortable using the features of the platform. We probably had around five times more visitors using the platform than we have ever physically present at our previous events culminating in increased revenue for us which was very welcome during the Covid 19 situation. Keep up the good work. We will be back next year.

Great platform overall and lots of tools available at your disposal. We transitioned our conference virtually in a matter of 3 months and had 5x more attendees. We had some hiccups with the platform but the project manager John D. has awesome. We were texting back and forth. That goes to show the level of involvement you can have with them. We did find that it was not hands off, and we needed to work on some things ourselves, but that wasn't a problem on our end. The biggest thing I'd suggest is to make sure they hire more people as they continue to grow so that they can provide excellent service and support before and during the event.

Awful company - we booked 50 events but only managed to run 12 due to the website crashing mid conference for 5 of the 12 events, and 25% of delegates not being able to access the live stream for the rest. Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Still not received any refund for the conferences we did not run. I would highly recommend no one uses this company, I am rather concerned it could be a scam when they take your money with full knowledge that the product is not fit for purpose. After Covid-19 this year and four months of no events this was the last thing we needed as a company and caused us huge amounts of stress and reputational damage

I am posting as an attendee of an online conference run by this company. Have to say I am not impressed. 2 days into a 5 day event, many attendees are affected by crashes, glitches and being unable to access missed content on catch-up as promised. Attendees are frequently accessing the event from work and hence from an NHS firewalled connection, but even when using personal devices from home there are problems. I wonder if this company has bitten off more than it can chew. Their support team have been responsive and apparently suggested fixes have worked for some. They are using vimeo as a platform for the talks, seems extremely glitchy. Definitely the least positive online conference experience so far.

Awful product and company. We signed up to 50 events, ran 10, 4 of which crashed half way through and we had to move to zoom. Of those that did run 25% of delegates and speakers could not see live feed. Communication and support from company was terrible - we are having to involve a solicitor to try to get a refund of the events we didn't run. Interesting that one of the reviews on here is from someone who works at allintheloop!

We held a national cancer meeting for cancer healthcare professionals using All in the Loop as our virtual platform provider. The whole platform crashed within 10 mins of our keynote opening speaker and then crashed again and did not even operate at all for Day Two. The virtual exhibition did not operate for one exhibitor - none of the functions were operational. It was a total miserable and stressful experience and the platform is not fit for purpose. I notice a "flurry of positive comments" since we posted this along with HCUK - who also had a miserable experience - with only 4 out of 8 meetings delivered. I am deeply suspicious of the flurry of positive comments about this company - with no mention of the actual meetings that they have attended. I have followed up with one company who have confirmed "that the delegate review" mentioned did NOT attend their conference........

I used All in the Loop for an event app, the app worked well and the service we received was good. delegates found the app easy to use and it provided a great set of data for us following the event
