Athletic Republic Hudson Valley has been an incredible experience for my 9-year-old daughter. Not only has she improved in speed and agility, but she has also gained a tremendous amount of confidence. The expert coaching, personalized training, and encouraging environment have helped her push past limits she didn’t even know she had. She looks forward to every session, and it’s amazing to see her grow both as an athlete and as a person. I truly appreciate the dedication of the trainers and the positive impact they have had on her development. Thank you for all that you do!

My 16u girls softball team has been training here this winter and I have seen an unbelievable difference in all of the girls, especially my own daughter. The program is incredible and the coaches are amazing. They are educational and push the team to achieve their goals. I am so pleased with this training and will return in the future!

Our 13U baseball team the Vernon Cyclones decided this year to forgo our usual indoor winter practices and instead worked out a plan with Athletic Republic to have 16 team training sessions. It has truly been amazing, the staff are true professionals. AR definitely knows what they are doing. We are half way through now and I can already see significant improvements in mobility, flexibility and speed. Our players have really enjoyed the training and are learning a great deal about being an athlete first and foremost. I can not wait to get back out on the field and see the increase in confidence, knowing they are faster, more agile and better athletes. They are also learning valuable lessons about their bodies and physical fitness at a critical age that will have lasting value. Couldn't be more happy with our experience at Athletic Republic Hudson Valley.

My son is 9 years old and loves coming! He always comes out of his class letting me know he can’t wait to work out the next day! The coach’s are so much fun and challenging at same time! Scheduling classes through their app makes it easy for anyone to join no matter what their schedule looks like. He feels more confident and stronger each time he goes.

I work out 3 times a week. I find the sessions very worthwhile and challenging. Very professional and exacting. My primary reason is to counteract balancing problems caused by neuropathy - that is by building core and leg strength, balance can be better managed. I highly recommend Athletic Republic.

I absolutely love this place- clean, friendly, butt kicking trainers. I’m so glad I signed up to the AR fit morning class. I am more energized after the workouts and finally feel lighter through the day. Such an awesome routine!

My kids attended the acceleration camp over February break. All 4 of them loved the activities and the coaches and I really loved all the encouragement from the other athletes! 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait for the April camps!
