I studied for the Level 3 Award in Education and Training with ATC over the Christmas period and I couldn't be happier. The information provided and the tutor support/marking were both excellent and done quickly. Even a slight hiccup over the micro lesson was easily resolved. When I enquiring about the course I spoke to Andrew who clearly explained the structure of the course. Within days I received a complimentary training pack which included helpful resources, a pen and sweeties! I completed my course within 5 months working at a leisurely pace whilst being a parent and working part time. The website is easy and clear to navigate and submit work. The tutors are always quick to respond to queries and provide feedback on work submitted usually within a 2-3 days (often same day). The price of the qualification was reasonable compared to others.
