We had the pleasure of working with AT Creative Ltd to design a trails app for self-guided tours of our town and harbour. From start to finish, Dan Boys made the entire process run as smooth as butter and very enjoyable. His guidance and communication are exceptional, the system used and all documents provided are clear and easy to follow, and we were patiently walked through each step. Dan was always available for either a call, videochat or email and made us feel very well supported at all times.

Not only is Dan professional and knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly friendly and approachable. Any time we had a query he was quick to respond and happy to help. It is evident that he truly cares about the success of every project he works on.

As someone considerably more at home with the wood wide as opposed to the world wide web, I began this particular element of our project with more than a little trepidation it has to be said.
My fears however where short lived with AT Creative providing a very personable but no less professional service from the very start with initial advice and help with respect to the equipment, we should purchase followed by a support package which included clear and easy to follow instructions even for somebody as IT challenged as I most certainly confess to be.
The journey since then can only be described as extremely positive with Dan continuing to provide encouragement advice and guidance as well as demonstrating a high level of technical expertise, and judgement particularly evident in the companies editing of the trails themselves.
I have since had no hesitation in recommending AT Creative to a number of other organisations who are keen to produce their own trails. I would finally like to offer a huge thank you to Dan and his team for the help and support provided which has enabled us to successfully complete this element of our project. With that help we have produced a lasting legacy that is easy to access, easy to use and provides a unique insight into the world of trees, our local history, folk lore, nature and the environment that surrounds us and a resource which our local communities can hopefully enjoy for many years to come.

Rothbury Parish Council commissioned AT Creative to develop an app for a short walking trail around 8 historic sites in our town, delivered to coincide with the coronation of King Charles III. The interaction with AT Creative was outstanding from the start. The developer quickly got to grips with our requirements, which enabled us to refine and prioritise these in order to quickly agree an outline design and cost for the app. Thereafter we worked closely and at pace with the developer to generate all of the artefacts (audio, text and images) and supporting data (GPS coordinates, trigger criteria, transition details) needed to get a test rig up and running. What was so reassuring throughout was that there were never any surprises - we were informed all the way through the process what was coming next, what was needed and what to expect. This gave us confidence as most of us are IT novices. The level of support and responsiveness during testing were first rate and the adjustments and snags identified on Apple and Android were applied/resolved almost immediately. Preparations for go-live were similarly pretty slick and AT Creative clearly explained what was required from us and when/in what order things needed to happen, so the transition into live was remarkably smooth and painless. Overall, our experience during all phases of development and implementation has been fantastic. AT Creative have been fast, agile, conscientious and thorough. They provided excellent value for money and a quality product. Most importantly, the feedback from members of the public using the app has been brilliant - the look and feel, navigation and functionality have all drawn praise. I would unreservedly recommend them to others wanting to commission similar development work.

We (Portrush Heritage Group) came across AT Creative (then Audio Trails) through a Websearch in 2018. At this point we had no prior knowledge of Apps or Digital Heritage Trails.
Our initial engagement with the company was very positive and we included them in our list of companies to quote for the work. Their proposal document was easy to follow and any queries we raised were quickly answered . Concerns about how best to engage remotely with the company during the process were quickly addressed with on-line video conferencing.
After award AT Creative guided us through the process and delivered a product (Discover Portrush) that we are delighted with and one has been praised by others looking into their own Trail App. Our second App (Young Explorer Portrush) went directly to AT Creative without hesitation and has been a great success in the local schools.
