To be honest choosing Arora Medical Education was a very tough decision for me. All my friends were going with the traditional academies and I personally knew no one who had gone to Arora Academy. I had seen quite a bit of Dr Aman's posts and videos on social media and they looked promising to me Moreover, whenever I used to message him, he would reply in an instant, so I was sure that he was very passionate about his Institute and I knew that I would get more attention personally if I went to the Arora Academy rather than going to a traditional Academy, as my friends had told, in other academies they hardly get any experts to actually teach them or care about what they are doing it's basically you do everything for yourself and you pass the exam. The academies are just a place you go to find other people to practice with.

I took a leap of faith and chose Arora Academy and in hindsight that was the best decision I made in my PLAB 2 Journey. They have got instructors who are GMC registered GP's and some of them are even previous examiners and they all are really passionate about teaching and they care about each and everyone in their Academy. There is a very homely feeling whenever you are in this Academy and they will be there for you whenever you need any help even if you are texting Dr Aman or Dr Pooja at 3 a.m. they will reply to you and they will help you out in whichever way possible.

Honestly speaking I prepared for hardly a month for my PLAB 2 as I had a lot of other commitments to finish back in India before I could come to the UK and it was hard to study here because I was staying a bit far away from the Academy and the travel used to tire me out and I wanted to sleep every day when I got back. But whatever they taught in their Academy whatever I did there in the Academy actually helped me without having to sit and read through thousands of pages of scripts. I was really worried that I only had two weeks after the Academy finishes until my exam but Dr Aman gave me the confidence that people in this Academy have given the exam just the day after their Academy or even in between their course at the Academy and I would say that's true, you can go and give the exam the next day after you finish the Academy without having to prepare anything more. So if you are confused about going with Arora medical education just do it, trust me you won't regret that decision.

I have always used Arora medical education for my postgraduate medical exams - msra / Akt and I am excited to start preparing for the RCA.
His resources are the best - recorded videos, flashcards and the mock exams provide a great mix of revision tools. Furthermore, their customer support is exceptional - e.g if there's a question on the mock papers that you're not too sure about - you can just email them and they reply really quick. Not only is Arora medical education really great resource for exams, they are also a really good support network - always approachable to reach out to via all forms of social media.

After attending an academy that just shoved scripts down my throat, as expected, my first mock with them was a disaster and my confidence was shattered. I reached out to social media for help, and that’s how I can across Arora Medical Education. Dr Aman Arora is firstly a wonderful teacher, but most importantly, he simplifies the structure of what is expected of us in the exam. He lays a foundation that can be used to build upon with your own knowledge, and can be used to understand and address all the issues in a given station. Attending a one-on-one mock after learning his foundation put the whole thing into perspective for me- I felt like I finally understood what was expected of me. His course and the one-on-one mock gave me back the confidence that the scripted academy destroyed.

These other academies think they know what the exam is about. But the fact that they just teach hundreds of scripts make it clear as day that they don’t get it. Any academy that gives a script does not understand fundamentally what the plab2 exam is about. Dr Aman Arora has figured it out, and he simplified it in a way that can applied in any scenario.

I will forever be be grateful that I found Dr Arora and his course in time. I’m still awaiting my results, but if I pass the exam it is 100% thanks to him and his team.

Aman arora audio book for communication skills is amazing.I used audio book, live communication skills course and youtube videos. I scored so good in IPS in my PLAB 2 and I believe its because of Aman Arora's teaching. Thank you dr Aman. you are the best teacher.

I was fortunate enough to find out about Dr Aman Arora's training in time for my PLAB2. I owe a lot of my high score and success to him.

His advice and insight on how to approach an OSCE station is structured, logical and can be put into practice almost immediately.
He provides detailed and constructive feedback, and is possibly the only person who tailors his session to the attendees.
In addition, his pack of flash-cards are a handy aid for those of us who review material on the go.

Dr. Arora is second to none when it comes to updates in recent NICE CKS guidelines and advice on adapting to an ever-changing medical practice.

Dr Aman Aroras live PLAB 2 communication skills course and the audiobooks are gold standard for PLAB 2 especially the IPS section. You learn to communicate naturally with the patient while sounding unscripted. The crux of PLAB 2 is in being a safe doctor by identifying the red flags and addressing concerns of the patient, and Dr Aman Arora teaches us beautifully how to do just that.
