Absolutely lovely relaxing experience, I have been going on and off since 1994 when I traveled up with my partner, was an experience being on the hill, since relationship broke up I come to see the event as much as possible.

First time at Appleby and what an experience, brilliant day , great market, food at burger vans way over priced !! Got charged £10 for a portion of chips an a hot dog!! But day after wentvyo the kebab van... much better an not too overpriced .. will def go again next year ..

Might of nearly got squidged in my tent whilst asleep, but the most lovely, kindest, generous community i have every had the honour the meet and be part of over the last 3 days and made us feel so welcome. Hope to see you see you next you next year, stay safe xxx

Never go here again. Stalls raided by the kids. Kids were so unruly and racist. Even the local traders left early. Could no longer stand the fighting. Such a shame.
