Lovely place, Market was just packing up, but still had a walk round the harbour and had a look in the huts...

Love Amble at any time, but Sunday is market day, we'll worth a visit. Though it can get very busy. The harbour area is lovely with little huts selling all sorts, from garden ornaments to jewellery.
Don't miss the hog roast van, though you will have to queue.

Very nice upgrade of the harbour area with wee shops, coffee houses and eateries - and plenty parking round about. The area was buzzing when we visited and the food outlets - both eating in and takeaway were doing a roaring trade - plenty place to sit and eat too. We enjoyed wandering around.

The harbour has had a lot of money thrown at it. Its the best bit. Town is OK but same as anywhere else these days, a bit in decline. Great cycling which suited us. Will definitely return.

This is a great place to visit. Had a lovely walk around Amble, stopped for coffee and meandered around the shopping sheds. Amble is well worth a visit and we're coming back.
