Very small room with nowhere to put your case. The first night, I asked to move as both shower heads wouldn't turn off and so were dripping loudly. The lady on reception was lovely and moved me... to the room below, so I could still hear the dripping but not quite as loudly.
The next day, breakfast was OK, although we heard them saying keep the bacon and sausages and they'll reheat them which put us off a bit but other than that it was OK. My dirty mug was left in my room, but they had reached over it to fill up the milk cartons on the bedside table, this happen two days in a row, so I went and asked for a clean mug. Over all I wasn't impressed, it was a business trip so it served its purpose but if I had to go again, I'd stay next door which looked much nicer and offered some lovely food (which we did sample).
In fairness, the staff were all really polite, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

Nicely clean and tidy on 1st impressions. The superior king-size room was very small for two people. The bathroom, you had to enter the shower to be able to close the door. The noise from the main road was terrible.

Breakfast was a joke. Overcooked hard bacon, burnt sausages, burnt Danish, people waiting for cooked breakfast items far to long at breakfast time. The hot food was coming out in tiny portions so no-one actually got to eat a full breakfast

Business networking breakfast - really disappointing. Despite having been there regularly for a year - it was as if it was their first time. Perhaps a new F&B team but just very ill-prepared. Enthusiasm team members but limited support. Felt the frustration for the team members. Literally needed to ask for everything- milk, mugs, coffee, tea bags, teaspoons - great location but sadly lacking the basics.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions when in the area and it has been well run. However this stay was different.
AC in the rooms no longer works!
2 days waiting for a fan in stifling room conditions.
No housekeeping over 4 days.
No desk / tablein the room.
It's a shame because there has been a lot of money spent on the property with good bathrooms / showers / beds / blackout curtains. Downstairs seating and dining area with 3 large TV's make for a comfortable environment.
The problems highlighted are issues that can be fixed in order to make a good place great.

Hotel is located in a nice spot next to a lovely little pub next door. Room was so tiny it was even difficult to move around with a porthole of a window. However it was very clean and tidy with very good aircon and large TV.

Perfect location, great evening meals, comfy clean rooms. Breakfast disappointing as they didn't cook enough to keep up with demand. Would go again as nice hotel

Just an overnight stop for an early flight from Bristol but very pleased with the room and welcoming staff.

Great location for work and M5. Staff were great and lobby/restaurant was lovely to sit in and work from. Room was on the small end but comfy bed.
