If you're looking for a PT, I couldn't recommend Alan more highly after 6 months of training with him.

As part of my fitness journey - in addition to my weight loss goals - I wanted to build consistency and confidence in the gym. With Alan's support and expertise, I've been able to do just that whilst getting stronger every week.

Alan is generous with his time and knowledge, and is able to really turn your goals into a tangible plan and support you every step of the way to achieve it.

Have just completed phase 1 (12 weeks) with Alan and WOW what a great experience it has been. Alan has really helped me step out of my comfort zone with different exercises and weights. He encourages me to go heavier than I would ever even think of. Never thought I could do this before. I feel so much more confident in the gym now and also in everyday life. I won Alan’s 12 week personal training program and it has been an amazing 12 weeks. Not only has Alan enabled me to lose 13kg but I have also become more confident in the gym, made better choices with my eating and ultimately made some big changes in my life. Alan has been there throughout the 12 weeks, consistently supporting with education and guidance. He is professional and knowledgeable and I am looking forward to starting phase 2 and another 12 week program.

After training on my own for a couple of years not really knowing what I was doing, I thought about getting a PT. I saw Alan around the gym training others and thought I'll give this a go. After the first consultation I left feeling positive about what I could achieve and what Alan had to offer. I can safely say that after my first 12 weeks with Alan my body shape has changed and he has made me more confident, stronger and most of all lighter, 10kg lighter to be precise. He has great knowledge on all things nutritional and has helped me with a calorie controlled diet, which is achieved by nutritional sheets to fill in each day. His workouts are designed and tailored to my needs and goals and I have enjoyed doing them. He is a great motivator and always gets the best out of me during our sessions and offers good guidance if not sure what to do. Overall if you're looking for a Personal Trainer I cannot recommend him more. Thanks, and I look forward to another 12 weeks.

Alan is fantastic.
I started with his personal training over five years ago. I needed to lose weight and to be honest was never a gym goer.
Alan explained everything in depth as well as lifestyle changes and nearly 3 stone was shed, and I feel so much better for it. Still see Alan now to keep me in check as well as motivated. I also started running and Alan is always there to encourage on my weekly PT sessions. I'm getting stronger and didn't ever think id say I love going to the gym!

Alan has been my personal trainer for almost 6 years now. During this time he has helped me to feel good in my body for big events such as my 30th birthday and wedding, but more importantly his coaching has motivated me to exercise consistently for the first time in my life. I’ve lost body fat and built muscle, and my mental health and physical fitness have never been better. Recently he has adapted exercises and supported me in training throughout my first pregnancy. I hope to return after having my baby in the knowledge that Alan will help me to set new goals and challenge me further. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I have worked with various PTs and coaches prior to becoming a mum and always achieved great results but was never able to sustain them. When I had my consultation I loved that Alan was so passionate about the journey after the weight loss and making sustainable life long changes. Despite having a really tough time on a personal level I’ve worked with Alan for 12 weeks, lost 12lb, around 7% body fat and become stronger. He keeps me accountable and really listens to what works for me and my life rather than a one size fits all approach.
