SWIMMING POOL/CHANGING ROOMS are absolutely filthy. This place needs to be closed for a good professional deep clean.
It looks like the place just gets a quick surface clean. I could not believe my eyes that this place is a swimming facility.
The changing rooms were disgusting the walls have all dirt and buildup and the smell or urine.
How is this place aloud to stay open, The level of hygiene is not being checked or they just couldn’t be bothered!!

There is some sort of buildup on the swimming pool floor/ toddler pool has buildup and debris, honestly when has the pool got cleaned properly even the walls?

Disgraceful would be too gentle a term to describe the environment! Demanded a refund myself and my children had to leave after less than 5 minutes in the play area. Staff allowed three men with nine children to be dumped in the play area left completely unattended whilst they drank and played pool. The children then went on to bully, push, shove and use foul language towards all the other guests. Several children came out of the play area hurt and crying. It is a health and safety requirement that children are supervised in such areas and staff did nothing, shame on you for allowing such appalling behaviour in your centres.

This is a review of the swimming.

A decent swimming baths let down by young inexperienced staff and filthy changing rooms.

The main thing for me here is the state of the changing rooms..they are filthy and the staff do nothing about it. Too busy stood around on their phones or chatting to each other.

The showers rarely work, the pool is always freezing.

The viewing area for spectators is good.

It could do with some money spending on it and a good clean.

Another irritation for me is people using the changing rooms leaving all their stuff in family changing cubicles etc preventing anyone else using them. There are signs saying this is not allowed but no one cares and it's not enforced.

Good gym facilities and friendly staff. The gym itself is pretty big so more often than not you’re good to be able to use equipment without having to hang around.

As with lots of settings nowadays it’s sometimes frustrating when you’re tight for time and you just want to get in, use the gym and go but there are people utilising the space or machine that are spending more time looking at their phone than actually doing anything resembling a workout. This doesn’t happen all the time and I try hard to avoid the peaks but balancing this with work sometimes makes this difficult so it’s quite frustrating when people do this.

Good sized changing rooms (Men’s) and sauna which in my experience have always been clean. The showers are sometimes smelling a bit fusty and have had period where they have been out or order. An improvement point for Adwick would be to fix the showers so that when you press the button for the water that it stays on longer than 5 seconds and it’s pretty difficult to wash one handed as you have to keep the button pressed in!

The play zone really only for under 5's... very small . Toilets dirty, door ripped off , dryers not working and no paper to dry hands. Positive note coffee was lovely.

Cheap bowling....good soft play area. The staff here are always so helpful and friendly....they make it a pleasure to visit to be honest.
