I attended both the FREC 3 course in Liverpool in June and then the FREC 4 course at ADS Medical training Centre in Lincolnshire in August with Ashley. Both courses were outstanding with excellent training facilities and equipment. Above all the instructor Ashley was excellent he delivered in a very calm relaxing manner and above all included his vast military, hostile environment, and current Paramedic operational experience making all of the course content very interesting. ADS medical training centre in Lincolnshire is outstanding having the capability and realism of delivering realistic practical training scenarios. I cant praise ADS Medical and support staff enough and fully recommend them for anyone wishing to attend any of their FREC courses.

After many years of training with many organisations, I have found the most exceptional training centre with ADS Medical. Met with a warm welcome to the lovely well equipped venue. The training provided goes above and beyond expectations. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for exceptional pre hospital training .

Infact they are so good I'm in the process of booking my frec 4 course with them and I'm willing to travel from Liverpool to do it.
