Anne, the Business Manager at Acuity could not have been more helpful (or patient!) while we were assessing our training needs, course content and dates. She made the whole process easy and I did not feel pressured to make any quick decisions, which meant we could be sure we were taking the right direction with our plan.
Oakley, our trainer, was also fantastic. We organised a Teams call to give an overview of who we were, what we were trying to achieve and why - which ended up lasting an hour. The call was arranged at very short notice and he was on the other side of the world! The whole group were engaged throughout the training session and they were all asking lots of questions - all which he was able to confidently answer and, in doing so, allow our team to be confident in their use of the application.
