Trying to pick up an online order was a nightmare. Stores internet kept going out so they couldn't run payments or look up orders. Stopped by twice. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Both times it wasn't working. Don't get much free time as the store is 45 minutes away. Finally able to swing by a few days later to get it but that shouldn't have happened.

I signed up for the credit card and made no payments on it and now a bill is showing for over $200, my credit dropped from 700 to high 500s. Will have to sit on phone with customer service to get this resolved. Won't ever come back.

Was blatantly ignored for over 10 minutes in the gun section. Fairly certain it had to do with my wife and I being a lesbian couple. Highly discriminatory, do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

Long time shopper at this location.

Found a pair of Airmax on sale for $49. They rang up $69 at register.

'Rocky' was called up, and would not honor the listed clearance price, stating it was a self serve store and they must of been placed in the wrong location.

So, now he has lost a customer. In the long run, it won't matter for Academy, but my money will go elsewhere.

We were in this store today and bought two pairs of pants. The cashier with the blonde hair was rude, didn’t say hello, her face showed that she was thinking about something but not about the job. She even didn’t fold the pants, just tossed it to the bag. When I asked her does she know how to fold the clothes, she said no. An awful service. Won’t ever come to this store again.

There is a serious lack of education in the firearms area of this store. Not knowing is okay however, giving wrong information is terrible and having a staff of untrained, uneducated cashiers can lead to customers making wrong purchases. Please train, educate, and stalk to your staff about firearms.

Bought a new ar15 love it the guys in guns are very informative if you don't know your guns they can and will walk you through anything and everything. So have a great experience buying guns for here!
