"My father went to Mallands at the beginning of May and we were so looking forward to him being there as it is an amazing place. The staff are incredible and Roz has so much passion for her residents or family as she calls them. Sadly my dad passed away 2 days later, but I took comfort that he was there in a beautiful room overlooking the garden. Roz was so kind to us and we are just sad that dad couldn’t see how enriched his life could have been. Can’t praise The Mallands enough. It is a beautiful place full of love. My mum arrived on Wednesday and I made my first visit today. The staff are so compassionate and caring. It seems nothing is too much trouble for their residents. They respect dignity too.
