Shockingly poor level of ‘help’ available here. Employees need replacing with people who care. Tried lodging a complaint with the higher-ups and no response from them either. Better off trying your luck on your own.

A bunch of bullies in NLTG. horrible people they never once cared about helping me in my apprenticeship they forced me on a trial that was 8 weeks 80 pay when the advertisement was supposed to be 260 pounds weekly. Also the tutor was all ways on holiday which is wrong she was not nice to me either. Then 6 weeks in they convinced the place I was working at to fire me a bunch of bunch disgusting people in nltg. I’m never going to them again for apprenticeships.

I am currently doing my level 4 in business and Admin and could not be happier ! My tutor Jill is amazing and helps me in every way she can including rewording things if needed due to me being dyslexic.

The course was cheaper here then at other company's and I have not heard one bad review from anyone who has completed the course.

Waste of time. Apprenticeship dragged on over 4 years due to waste of time tutors not giving any help with reguards to the course to then be told it’s the students fault for not understanding the questions and that only 2/10 people who do apprenticeships through NLTG actually make it to the end of the course. Even bigger waste of time speaking to Penny the apprenticeship manager she just sits there defends themselves at all costs to then be hung up on. Don’t waste your time and effort go straight to Bury College at least they have some helpful tutours

Caroline Fox & Victoria Gregory have been absolutely amazing with me from start to finish throughout my qualification. It has been very stressful at times and they have put me at ease and helped me so much throughout it all. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart I couldn't have done it without them. I hope for the future that another member of the public get these two absolute pleasures to work alongside with, it definitely helps with the work you are doing to have so much support from them. Went here to get my level 2 and level 3 wood finishing NVQ to finish my qualification as a French Polisher from 2008-2010 Travelled from Lancaster. Great experience and Russell Large was a superb tutor and teacher. They treat you like an adult and help you every step of the way. 5 stars!

This is a fantastic place to go to for training they are really helpful and if anybody wants to up their skills I strongly recommend them they are very professional and friendly I certainly enjoyed doing my customer care course there and I learnt a lot off it thankyou everybody will miss those fantastic dinners Sue jordison is a fantastic tutor you have fun in her class and learn as well
