I would recommend Altitude to any small business. We used a number of agencies before Altitude with very mixed results. Altitude have accomplished more than all of these put together. they are responsive, trustworthy and very good. Highly recommend

*** We are extremely disappointed with the services provided by Altitude. Not only did they send false reports on a monthly basis that were completely inaccurate and false, but they also breached our contract by failing to deliver on the services we paid for after being with them for 3 years.

After a security breech internally on our end we changed our website passwords and for several + months we received falsified/automated reports on a monthly basis from altitude indicating services are resuming as per normal as one should assume until we realised our business was declining on Google and not achieving it’s full potential when we flagged this with our account manager after 3 weeks he come back to say please provide your website credentials as I’ve misplaced them and we have an internal breach.

We had heavily suffered as a business because no work being conducted on our website. Our account manager had the nerve to say they had misplaced our passwords due to a data breech which we will also be pursuing when questioned they later denied it however the call was made on a recorded internal line where they were unable to go back on what their account manager stated initially.

We would urge anyone using their services to do the same to change website passwords to catch them out on their spree and likewise pursue them for breech of contract as they have an automated system which tweaks the monthly reports sent out via email.

Due to the unforeseen financial losses we have encountered and speaking with our solicitor we have opted to pursue legal action to have this settled as their solicitor had the cheek to write up a contract to wave any responsibility for comebacks they offered compensation to push us aside and 6 months worth of free SEO work. This is just the beginning of our spree companies who scam customers like this should be shut down for good!

When we raised our concerns with them, they tried to prove otherwise but failed miserably. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company as they cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises.

They carry out their scams under other trading company names also!
