I passed my level 1 with 87% attendance graphic design I was refused level 2 because of my mental health issues, even I match the criteria what they advertised for level 2 on their website. There’s no support for disabled.

Horrible service! They never respond to phones and emails and they enrolled us in the course against our wish and apparently taking government money! We will make an official complaint against this terrible place they call college!

I really enjoyed my course and the teaching staff are great. Reception and phone staff on the other hand aren't so great at all. Dealt with quite a rude man this morning on reception. Things are handled quite slowly, communication is practically non existent. Took 2 years to get a certificate from a course I did in 2020. Just all a bit disorganised.

I have done a few courses here, ceramics and a web design course. I enjoyed both courses and the atmosphere was great, the teachers were excellent and the other students were great too. There is a small fee for the ceramics course depending on the weight of the item you make, it is very cheap and completely understandable as it costs a lot to fire kilns and for clay and glazes. The course was free and it is hard to find a free ceramics course. I had no objections to pay for the weight of the item and if you didn't like what you had made you didn't have to pay for it. I found the teachers to be very helpful and very diplomatic especially as some students were difficult. I would recommend this college there is a very good atmosphere. I just wish they ran a wider selection of courses.

The staff are very helpful and the teachers are amazing. It has a very welcoming environment and provides you will all the required support. The college has a wide range of courses which is very nice as it means that there is something for everyone there.
