We can not recommend Scott enough, his knowledge and understanding is incredible, he has taught us very valuable things that we can use to help train Bryan. Scott was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner were at a loss with our German Shepherd. We thought we would never be able to let him off the lead but Scott has completely transformed our boy and now we can allow him to be off the lead with perfect recall in situations that before we couldn’t recall him back from!

We have recently completed the 1:1 puppy classes with Scott. Both the puppy and myself learnt a great deal in the weekly sessions, Scott explained things really well and followed up each session with YouTube clips which have been really helpful . I had my first session today with Scott from Training Canines. I initially spoke to Scott on the phone and felt he gave me time to explain where I needed help. I thoroughly enjoyed the session today and found it not only informative but fun. Scott was very professional both before, during and after the session, sending an email re-capping what we covered and a plan with my objectives to work on before our next session. I like Scott's approach to reorientate my dogs attention to myself through fun and interactive activities. My dog seemed to love Scott and within one session I can already see the difference in her being calmer. I am looking forward to working with Scott more and couldn't recommend him enough if you need help with your dog.

Just finished our 4 week puppy course at York Dog park with Scott from Training Canines, it was brilliant, Scott is an excellent teacher and really adapts every bit of training to suit each type of breed that was there, highly recommend working with him and we will definitely be doing more training in the future!

I think my dog now loves Scott more than me! We have both learned a lot, and Scott is always positive and knowledgeable. My dog is a rescue so I don't know much about her history, including that she didn't seem interested in play. I would probably just have accepted that's the way she was if Scott hadn't encouraged her to play and explained the importance of that. She is now starting to be more playful and enjoys a more fun life as a result! I would highly recommend Training Canines if you need a bit of help with your dog.

I highly recommend Training Canines! With exceptional expertise, patience, and effective positive methods, Scott transformed our nervous puppy into a much more confident and obedient girl! Our biggest struggle was her separation anxiety, Scott’s guidance has significantly improved this, and now she’s content being on her own for a short of time. His dedication deserves a 5-star rating, and I can't recommend his services enough.
