Our little one attends this school and has been amazing for her! Her confidence and her agility, manners, strength has become unbelievable for her age! She absolutely loves attending and went from one class a week to multiple very quickly due to how much fun she has. All the teachers are fab and I would recommend to anyone!

My daughter Sophie goes to the Acomb club and absolutely loves it. She enjoys the lessons and is always trying to improve herself. She now has the determination to become a black belt. The instructors are really good with all the children and so patient as my daughter is left handed and takes a bit longer to learn. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to introduce their children to martial arts.

My 4yr old loves the martial arts classes. Brilliant teachers who are great with the kids. The sessions are great exercise as well as teaching him respect, discipline and focus. And the 'be my best' forms help to keep behaviour and focus when not at lessons as well. Would recommend to anyone!

All 5 members of our family train in the Acomb School with Martial Arts 4U, we love the fact it is something we can do as a family activity and that all the instructors get to know our kids personally, by name, and get to know the methods that motivate them the best. Craig Long is especially good at this and can guarantee the best attitude and effort out of all 3 of our kids.

MA4U is more like a family than a martial arts school, and we have made many friends through our training there.

The instructors are friendly and ensure that you go at your own pace, which, when you are starting out, is really important. There is no pressure to attend multiple times a week, and no hard sell. It's relaxed, friendly and fun, but they push you to Be Your Best every time you train.

We thought it would be a good idea to take our son to an after school activity where Mr Craig long was running some small after school martial arts. A short time later we were invited to attend one of the martial arts schools where promptly we enrolled Cameron into it. We were so impressed both his mum and myself thought it would be a good idea to join, private lessons in the intrim then into the full classes. 7 years later Cameron is now a second degree back belt and we are both 1st degree black belts but we are also teaching with a . I can honestly say that it was the best thing we have ever done and what a fantastic club with really some of the best people I have ever met in my lifetime. Martial arts is the most addictive form of exercise I have ever taken up and in a club that feels like a family club rather than a members driven club that most others offer. Life without limits

My son absolutely loves it here. They have taught him discipline, confidence and an unbelieveable amount of skills. He thoroughly enjoys his lessons and everyone who works there is warm and friendly and very inspiring to all!
