Started the course last month but after the first week, was told we'd be messaged about days w we're ment to come in or do the video calls, but never received anything and the course has ended. But tried calling the guy that called me about the course but never is available and the number to call for the office is always busy.

I wasted a whole 5 days undertaking a skills course. I completed it successfully but was never given my qualification certificates or had the 'guaranteed' job interview at the end of the course... I guess all they cared about was getting money from the DWP. Scamming the taxpayer. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

I had a great time at Phoenix Training. My tutor Linton Stones was very professional and got on with the course. Also very easy to engage with and also had a laugh. I would recommend it to anyone who is wishing to do there SIA course or Forklift Truck Training.

This company isn't very good at all. They hardly answer the phone when you call. The training they offer isn't what is said they do. They only offer 1 flt training course, when most other companies do 2 or more. There are much better training companies. I wouldn't recommend this company.

The First Aid Instructor is very friendly and genuine. I done the same course with him 3 years back and when I came back to redo my course, he recognised me which was very surprising. Great experience!

To Phoenix, you are just a Name & No = ££££££'s to them! No one from Reception replies to your Emails, nor does the Head of Admin! They Bang on about H&S, but when you get to the 4th/5th Week & do your FLT, this is VERY Questionable!!! There's one Instructor who played Footy/Handball, right near someone practicing their FLT training! Now if that DIY Football ended up in the Linkage+++, who would they Sue/Blame, the operator of the FLT @ the time!? This Instructor has moved to another Centre. Then there's another Instructor, who tied a Broom Handle to the rear of a FLT, & expected the Driver to carry on, & transverse around the Zig-Zag, without touching the sides as he went. This same instructor, kicked a wheeled chair in the way of an FLT, with same Driver at the time. The latter instructor is still there!
Now I bet you all think this is a Joke?! I thought to myself, is this a Reputable Place of Training, where H&S is paramount, or a Ruddy CIRCUS!? If you have a choice of Training/Referral places, then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! If you don't, don't bother going there.
